Unarmed Security Officer - Residential Community

Pay: $17/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77019 (River Oaks Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Split Shift, 32 hours/week 

Schedule:

• Sunday | 10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Monday |  10:00PM - 6:00AM
• Friday | 2:00PM - 10:00PM
• Saturday | 2:00PM - 10:00PM

City Security Services is seeking professional, dependable and customer service focused Security Officer to provide access control for a residential community. The officer will greet residents and visitors, verify access, and check guests into the community. The ideal candidate will work well in a team environment, utilize visitor check-in system and communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests and contractors. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
• Monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access and safety concerns
• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout the property
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
• Ensure security breaches are immediately reported.
