Description
City Security Services is seeking qualified security professionals for transit-based assignments.
Transit Security Officers are responsible for protecting facilities and supporting safe operations through patrol, monitoring, access control, emergency response, and reporting.
Pay: $22/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77011
Schedule: Full-Time, Afternoon, 40 hours/week
- Tuesday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Wednesday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Thursday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Friday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
- Saturday: 2:00pm-10:00pm
What You Will Do
- Perform assigned security posts.
- Conduct regular facility patrols.
- Monitor entrances and designated areas.
- Observe and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to security incidents.
- Respond to fire and burglary alarms.
- Assist with medical emergencies.
- Request emergency assistance.
- Monitor visitors.
- Report hazards and maintenance issues.
- Respond to unauthorized access.
- Maintain security documentation.
- Follow all assigned orders and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age.
- Active Level 3 certification.
- Guard license in hand.
- Active baton and OC certifications.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean three-year driving record.
- Basic technical application skills.
- Successful completion of PRT.
- Successful completion of 24-hour training.
- Approved education/experience combination.
