Armed Security Officer - Industrial

Pay: $16/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77013 (NorthEast Houston Area)
Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight, 20 hours/week 
  • Sunday: 11:15PM - 4:15AM
  • Monday: 11:15PM - 4:15AM
  • Tuesday: 11:15PM - 4:15AM
  • Wednesday: 11:15PM - 4:15AM
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a warehouse environment.
  • Monitor potential visitor traffic entering the property
  • Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
  • Respond to suspicious activity
  • Conduct perimeter checks, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
  • Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
Requirements: 
  • Active Level III Commissioned Security License
  • Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
