City Security Services (CSS) offers four defined availability schedules instead of requiring you to be available 24/7. Join a team that learns different security sites, receives paid shadowing opportunities, and develops skills for future advancement.

• Choose your schedule — Select one of four defined availability windows; no 24/7 on-call requirement.
• Minimum pay guarantee — Receive pay for worked hours, and/or for standby hours even if fewer hours are assigned, subject to program terms.
• Get paid to learn — Shadow experienced officers and train at different client sites.
• 35 free certification training programs — Access CSS professional training courses at no cost.
• 3½-day availability block — Concentrate your required availability into approximately half the week.
• Priority for overtime — SRO Team officers receive first consideration for available overtime assignments, subject to qualifications and staffing needs.
• Career growth — Build site knowledge and receive priority consideration for lead officer and supervisor opportunities.

These are required availability windows, not scheduled work hours. Overnight windows end the following day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide professional security services across multiple sites; learn post orders; complete paid shadowing and training; maintain reliable communication, punctuality, and a professional appearance.

Officers who enjoy variety, learn quickly, can travel between sites, follow instructions, meet their chosen availability window, and want to grow into leadership. We promote from within the group. 6 months participation required.
PAY EXAMPLES
0–20 hours worked: $290 minimum weekly pay | 30 hours: $480 | 40 hours: $640 (before taxes; overtime paid when applicable).
