We are currently seeking highly professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to protect and patrol a distinguished private property. Officers will be responsible for scheduled NFC checkpoint inspections, photo documentation, perimeter patrols, and maintaining an active, visible presence to safeguard assets, guests, and staff. Wednesday | 4:00PM - 12:00AM

Total Weekly Hours = 40 Hours (set schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed patrols following strict post orders and checkpoint protocols.

• Perform NFC tag scans and capture photographic documentation at designated inspection points.

• Monitor surveillance systems during overnight shifts.

• Greet and assist authorized visitors, staff, and students with professionalism and hospitality.

• Enforce access control policies, restricted area protocols, and occupancy regulations.

• Respond immediately to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity.

• Prepare and submit clear, detailed Daily Activity Logs (DALs) and Incident Reports.

• Maintain a highly visible, alert, and professional demeanor at all times.

• Uphold strict standards for appearance, punctuality, and equipment readiness.

• Follow chain-of-command communication and reporting protocols without exception.
   

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• Current Level III Commissioned Security Officer License (Texas) – Required for armed positions.

• Current Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License (Texas) – Required for unarmed positions.

• Minimum 4 years of certified/licensed professional security as an Armed Officer, military service in an infantry or law enforcement capacity, or civilian law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.

• Exceptional observational skills and unwavering attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to strictly adhere to detailed procedures and protocols.

• High standards of ethics, professionalism, and discretion.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Physical capability to perform outdoor foot patrols in all weather conditions.

• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, NFC scanning apps, and digital reporting systems.
