Location: Houston, TX 77004
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight, 28 hours/week
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a dynamic residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
Pay: $22/hr

- Wednesday: 12 Midnight - 7:00AM
- Thursday: 12 Midnight - 7:00AM
- Friday: 12 Midnight - 7:00AM
- Saturday: 12 Midnight - 7:00AM
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a dynamic residential community. In this role, you will conduct vehicle and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a residential community
- Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
- Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
- Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
- Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
- Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
- Active Level III Security License
- Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
