We are seeking a skilled security officer to become part of our team at a commercial property situated on the north side of the city. The main role of the officer is to ensure a safe and secure exterior environment for both employees and visitors, emphasizing high visibility to act as a deterrent. The officer will perform routine patrols of the property using a motorized patrol unit. Additionally, they will be tasked with maintaining a heightened level of alertness regarding activities on the premises and monitoring all suspicious vehicles and individuals

Schedule:

• Saturday| 6:00PM - 6:00AM
• Sunday | 6:00PM - 6:00AM
• Total weekly hours = 24 hours (set schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor guests to their general destination within the property
• Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents on the exterior of the property
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property
• Conduct regular patrols of the grounds to identify and address any potential security issues
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a concierge-like demeanor
• Operate a state of-the-art mobile patrol unit during hours of operation
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
